WHERE CAN I PURCHASE YOUR SHOES?
We are a direct to consumer online only brand. Purchase directly and exclusively from our website www.quvel.com
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY SHOES?
Approximately two Calendar Weeks. Given the high level of customization, our shoes are made after you place your order. We aim to deliver in approximately two calendar weeks which includes the material selection, hand stitching, personalization, production and overnight shipping. If you are at all concerned about your order, please contact our Customer Service Team and we will advice on the process of your order.
HOW WILL MY ORDER BE SHIPPED?
We use DHL overnight shipping for all continental U.S. orders. We will email your tracking number when your order ships. There is no shipping charge for our customers.
HOW DO I CUSTOMIZE MY SHOES?
Simply start with one of our white blank silhouettes and begin selecting colors for each part of the shoe (by clicking the arrow >) Vamp, Collar, Plug, Backtab, Footbed, Outsole, Handsewn Thread, Stitching, Laces, Eyelets & Size. Initials & Monogramed Sole are optional. If you want all the same color, simply select all parts of the same color.
HOW CAN I WRITE A PERSONALIZED MESSAGE OR NAME ON THE INSOLE?
Place your order online and send us an email referencing your order number at: customerservice@quvel.com letting us know the name or message you want monogramed to the insole, we will add it to your order free of charge.
WHAT CAN I WRITE ON THE INSOLE OF MY SHOES?
Get creative! Whatever you like. Your name, your boat’s name, your company’s name, a personal message, a date, numbers, possibilities are endless!
I SAW A PAIR OF SHOES ON YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA BUT NOT ON YOUR WEBSITE, CAN I STILL GET THEM?
Yes, We make many different styles including gold and silver leather in limited quantities, and all are available to our customers. Contact us for any special orders via email: contact@quvel.com

Yes, we ship worldwide to most countries directly from our factory in the Dominican Republic.

No, we must have a physical address for delivery.

HOW DO I KNOW MY SIZE?
Our shoes run true to size, please select your normal US shoes size and standard M width. We also offer Wide, Extra Wide and Small widths. We guarantee your size, if it does not fit when it arrives, we accept free returns and exchanges.

Our shoes are hand made in the Dominican Republic.
WHAT TYPE OF LEATHER DO YOU USE?
We use only the highest quality 100% genuine leather sourced from the Americas, Europe & the United States.

DO YOU SELL WHOLESALE?
We are a direct to consumer brand. We do offer bulk orders for our Hotel, Marina, Yacht, Corporate and select other end user clients but do not sell through any retail stores or other third party retailers.

We process all credit card sales via Shopify, a fully secured and reputable third party payment processor. We do not keep full credit card information on record and take many active steps including encryption to ensure the absolute safety of your credit card and personal information.
